2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and an official confirmation email is sent to the guest. Once confirmed, the booking becomes subject to this non-refundable policy.

3. Force Majeure

In exceptional cases such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel bans, or other Force Majeure events beyond our control, we may, at our sole discretion, offer:

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
